The legal agreement that governs your access to HX Studios products, services, and community experiences.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing HX Studios ("the Platform") you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. The Platform is operated by HX Studios, headquartered in Hisar, Haryana, India.

2. Description of Service

HX Studios provides a digital marketplace for software, templates, plugins, documentation, and support resources. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Creating an account on behalf of another individual or entity requires proper authorization.
  • Account Security: Safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
  • Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

4. Purchases and Payments

  • Pricing: Prices may change at any time. Taxes, duties, and other fees are your responsibility.
  • Payments: All payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file when you place an order.
  • Refunds: All digital sales are final unless consumer protection law mandates a remedy. Review the Refund Policy for details.

5. Digital Products and Licenses

  • License Grant: Purchasing a product grants you a license—not ownership—to use it according to the Licensing Policy or product-specific terms.
  • Downloads: Products are delivered digitally via your dashboard.
  • Updates: Updates are provided at the creator’s discretion.
  • Restrictions: Redistribution, resale, or SaaS/PaaS hosting of our products is prohibited without a separate enterprise agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is owned by HX Studios or its licensors and protected by international IP laws. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a limited license to display and distribute it on the Platform. Product creators retain IP ownership of their products.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in illegal activity, infringe IP rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with Platform operations, impersonate others, or offer our products as hosted services without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or the accuracy of third-party integrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

HX Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HX Studios and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hisar, Haryana, unless prohibited by law.

14. Severability

If any clause is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
