Refunds are not accepted for any digital products or digital services offered by HXStudios. Since all items are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed once accessed, all sales are final.
This Refund Policy outlines the rules and guidelines governing the use of HXStudios’ products and services.
Under no circumstances may any payment made to HXStudios be reversed, disputed, or charged back.
Any attempt to falsely dispute a transaction or open a chargeback (commonly known as “friendly fraud”) will be taken extremely seriously.
If a chargeback is initiated, HXStudios will take actions including, but not limited to:
Immediately revoking all licenses tied to the buyer
Permanently banning the buyer from purchasing or using any HXStudios products
Terminating all support access
Contacting the buyer’s payment provider/bank with full evidence (product delivery logs, communication records, proof of usage)
Pursuing legal action under Indian law if necessary
Chargebacks are treated as intentional fraud and will be handled accordingly.
Refunds are not provided under any situation, including but not limited to:
The buyer changes their mind or no longer wants the product
The buyer “doesn’t like” the product after purchase
The buyer fails to use the product properly
The buyer’s project, server, business, or intention behind the product closes or fails
The buyer provides incomplete or incorrect information for service delivery
The buyer purchases the wrong item
The product has already been accessed, downloaded, or delivered (including instant delivery)
All products purchased from HXStudios’ store are strictly non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of our offerings, refunds are extremely rare and only considered if:
If we fail to deliver the product entirely, and no access was provided, you may be eligible for a refund.
(Does not apply if you entered incorrect contact or login details.)
If you purchased a custom service and HXStudios never began working on it, you may request a full refund.
Important:
Support not being provided or resolved within a timeframe is not grounds for a refund, because our policy already states all sales are final.
However, HXStudios aims to respond to tickets within 24 hours.
HXStudios reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically.
