No physical goods are offered. All purchases are delivered instantly after payment, unless an unexpected delay occurs.

• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.

4. Payments

• Payments for website purchases are processed through PayPal.

• For UPI payments, users are redirected to our Discord, where transactions are handled manually.

5. Refund Policy

• Digital products and services are non-refundable unless a valid reason is provided.

• Because we offer support within 24 hours, refunds are typically not issued unless:

  • The product was never delivered.

  • The service was not completed.

  • There is a major technical issue that we cannot resolve.

Refund abuse or false claims will result in a ban from future purchases.

6. Order Cancellation

• Cancellations are not allowed once payment is completed.

7. Returns & Replacements

Since all products are digital, no returns or replacements are offered.

8. Delivery

• Digital products are delivered instantly after payment.

• For Discord-based payments, delivery occurs once payment is verified.

• If you do not receive your product, contact support immediately.

9. Licensing & Intellectual Property

All products sold by HXStudios are original digital works.
By purchasing any product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license.

You cannot:

• Resell,

• Redistribute,

• Reupload,

• Share, or

• Transfer the files or license to another person.

Any redistribution or unauthorized sharing will result in immediate license revocation and potential legal action.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Redistributing any HXStudios products (files, code, assets).

• Attempting to bypass licensing or copy-protection systems.

• Abuse of chargebacks or refund systems.

• Using our products for illegal activities.

Violations may lead to:

• License termination

• Account suspension

• Legal claims under Indian Law

We provide support within 24 hours of purchase for valid issues.

12. Limitation of Liability

HXStudios is not responsible for:
