Refund Policy

All digital sales are final unless consumer protection laws mandate a remedy.

1. Overview

HX Studios sells digital software and assets that become available immediately after purchase. Because access cannot be revoked once delivered, all sales are final except where law requires otherwise.

2. No-Refund Policy

  • Digital files cannot be “returned”.
  • Source access grants irreversible knowledge.
  • Operational costs (payment fees, bandwidth, support) are incurred instantly.

3. Legal Exceptions

If local consumer protection laws grant you statutory rights (for example, undelivered goods or documented fraud) we will honor those obligations after verification. Outside of those limited cases, refunds, credits, and exchanges are not provided.

4. Support and Issue Resolution

Need help installing or configuring a product? Open a support ticket or email support@hxdev.org with logs, order numbers, and reproduction steps. We will troubleshoot, patch, or reissue downloads, but support does not include refunds.

5. Chargebacks

Filing an unwarranted chargeback after delivery violates this policy. We may suspend licenses, disable downloads, and provide evidence of fulfillment to payment processors.

6. Policy Updates

We may revise this Refund Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Continuing to use HX Studios after updates constitutes acceptance.
